Mia (formerly Willamena) was adopted at the Humane Society of Charlotte on January 26 of this year after bouncing around a few families.

Unbeknownst to her owner, she’s been on the local news? Several of her new neighbors stop her on walks exclaiming “Is that Willamena? I saw you on tv!” and ask for kisses because they heard it’s her favorite thing to do.

Even though she misses all her friends at HSC, she’s received a solid promise she never has to live there again.

She’s a destructor of toys, apart from one. A plush Cookie Monster that for whatever reason does not have a single tear in it since January and carries it to bed every night!

Vote for Mia and she’ll most certainly give everyone a kiss at the brewery!
