Bumper was rescued from HSC as a tiny kitten. Born blind, he navigates the world a little differently - bumping into things now and then (hence how he got his name). Despite his challenges, he is endlessly curious and full of life. One of his favorite pastimes is curling up in flower baskets where he feels safe and at peace. He now lives like a king - with a few bumps along the way.
