This little guy was seized after being found with 30 dogs housed in 2 vehicles in very hot and crowded conditions with all windows closed and no ventilation, uncared for with matted fur, dehydrated and malnourished in Gastonia. He was rescued by Forgotten Family rescue her in Charlotte.
