In the spring of 2020 the Huntersville Fire Department rescued 3 kittens from a storm drain. In August we adopted Stormy and her brother Horton from a wonderful foster family. After returning home we realized we simply had to adopt the smallest, third sibling. Hence the name “Three”! He acclimated relatively quickly to our home and our five other adult rescue cats. Three helped to entertain us during the pandemic with his circus cat tower and family room parkour routines! Three loves to play fetch with his crinkle toy and politely demands we open “his” window and turn on “his” bathroom faucet each morning. He was so very sad to lose his best snuggling partner Miss Goldie in early 2024. We hope you will consider voting for our sweet “Three” as the Queen City Kitty. He (and his siblings) has brought so much joy to our home and is one of the most kind, loving, playful animals we’ve ever had. Most of the time! 😹😹😹
