This guy spent his first few months at Charlotte Meck Animal Control where he was labeled spicy and a door dasher despite battling a respiratory infection. He has since moved on up to the pink building where he likes to chill on the balcony and watch the happenings on the rail trail. He is a city kitty through and through!
