Willow is a two time humane society girl. She is deaf and i adopted her during covid in march 2021. I was told she was once adopted but then returned once her adopters were turned in for cruelty for having her chained to a sofa in the front porch. She is beautiful, smart and has so much emotional intelligence. Life will forever be before willow and after willow.
