Tell us about your pet and why they should win!Koiya was a very anxious dog when we first met her and the staff carried her through the hallways because she wouldn’t walk. She is flourishing and is overcoming scary things like floating plastic bags or shopping carts. Koiya should get a chance to be an example for dogs and people that we can all make it through tough times!
