On Feb 28th I went to HSC in search of a fur baby so I wouldn't be lonely. I visited with several kitties and just about given up. Then I passed a room that appeared to be empty. I was told that she was hiding. After a good 10 min, she finally came out and let me pick her up. She was a ferrel kitty, but I knew right away she was the one. It was difficult at first, she just hid all the time. Now I can say I have given my baby a wonderful, safe home and I'm sure she is happy. She still not use to strangers but she loves me and I love her more. I think she should win, one because she's beautiful with so much personality. And I believe that she is truly happy and has overcome what was probably a very scary experience. She loves snacks and plastic tops more than her toys, and my bed over hers. There are some beautiful pets entered, but CALI IS THE ONE!
