Parsnip should win NoDa Rescue Brew because his story is one of second chances, compassion, and community coming together. Once part of a struggling group of community cats rescued through a volunteer with Cat Smart Coalition, Parsnip went from uncertain survival to a warm forever home with a Friends of Feral Felines volunteer. Partially blind in one eye and bearing the universal symbol of a TNVR cat, a left tipped ear, Parsnip faced extra challenges. TNVR gave him the care, stability, and love he needed to thrive. He represents what TNVR makes possible: cats who were once invisible and overlooked now loved, healthy, and safe. If Parsnip becomes Queen City Kitty, his face on a limited-edition beer label will remind everyone in Charlotte that every rescued cat deserves this kind of love and TNVR is how we make that love real for so many more.
