Frisco didn’t just find a home—he found a way into everyone’s heart.

At just a few weeks old, Frisco and his five siblings were discovered in the dead of winter, abandoned in a junkyard during sub-freezing temperatures. Thanks to a local rescue group, they were given a second chance, and one year later, it’s impossible to imagine our lives without him.

Frisco is a mixed-breed rescue with about 50% Springer Spaniel, but he’s 100% love. He has never met a stranger and firmly believes that every person he sees is a potential best friend. Whether it’s family, friends, or someone he’s meeting for the first time, Frisco greets everyone with the same enthusiasm, wagging tail, and endless supply of kisses.

Around town, he’s become somewhat of a local celebrity. He’s a regular at breweries and other neighborhood spots, where he’s won over staff and patrons alike with his sweet personality and irresistible charm. If there’s attention to be had, Frisco is happy to accept it—and if there are treats involved, even better.

Of course, being spoiled is one of his favorite hobbies. He can never get enough playtime, belly rubs, or affection. He loves the water and long walks on the beach! He’s also an expert digger. Whether he’s helping dig to the center of the Earth in the backyard or tunneling through every blanket on the couch to create the perfect nest, Frisco approaches every task with determination and enthusiasm.

What makes Frisco truly special isn’t just his adorable face or playful spirit—it’s the joy he brings to everyone around him. His story began in one of the harshest conditions imaginable, but today he spends every day spreading happiness, making friends, and reminding us how resilient and loving dogs can be. We are so lucky to call him ours.
