Your Pet's Quirks
Luna is a very vocal pup. Similar to a husky, she tries to "talk" to me and other pups. She's incredibly timid around people, however, so everyone is always so surprised when they hear her for the first time!

Luna is pretty nervous around people, but surprisingly she is the most affectionate dog I have ever had. She constantly loves on me, and she even sleeps with her head on my shoulder, like a human! You wouldn't guess it seeing how she is around people, but she really is a love bug!

She can technically be considered feral

Your Pet's Story or Bio
Luna and her litter mates were found in the woods at just a few months old. They were taken in by a kind-hearted farmer who took care of the pups while searching for people to adopt them. I found an online courtesy ad for Luna through the Pitt County Animal Shelter and I decided to meet with her to see if we were a good match for each other. When we met, she was terrified of me. The way she acted around me, I knew she had had it rough as a pup. My heart was hers from the moment I saw her, and despite the fact that she wanted nothing to do with me, I knew I had the patience and the love to transform this sweet creature. After about a week, she let me close to her. Now, four months later, we are inseparable. I love my Luna!
