Your Pet's Story or Bio
after the sudden loss of our hurricane Irene rescue, Lucky, we searched the world over for another for baby to love. After looking at what must have been 1000 pictures at various shelters in eastern NC, we saw this face of 12 week old Scout, the last of his litter, and we looked no more. It was Christmas Eve, and I contacted HSEC to find he was still available and had several interested families. My kids demanded we camp out @ HESC to have first dibs, and we did! He rode home in a box in the back seat with my son like a champ! And the rest is history.
