Your Pet's Story or Bio
Nova was picked up from the Humane Society of Eastern Carolina just before hurricane Matthew rolled through. She then became sisters with a loving pitt bull, named Essie, and a goofy boxer, named Belle. Although Nova was very tiny compared to these big dogs she quickly approached them and established herself as another dog in their pack (yes, she thought she was a dog!) A sassy girl, with a big attitude and an even bigger heart was loved by all that met her. She always sported an outfit for the occasion whether it was a dragon for Halloween, Santa for Christmas, or a jersey to cheer for the Carolina Panthers. Sadly, last month Nova lost her battle with GI Lymphoma just shy of the age of 2. She was a little girl who left a big impact on her loved ones. She is dearly missed.
