Frank was scared of most people but loved to be around other dogs. He loved his people most of all, and wasnt content until they were all in one place. He wouldn't eat a treat if I had my shoes on because he knew I was leaving. He learned to twirl for treats, and talk when he was ready to go home. He was a silly kind of special.

Your Pet's Story or Bio
It's true what they say about rescue dogs, that they rescue you. He taught me patience. He showed me uninterrupted love. He was my snuggle bud, my puppy dog, my best friend. His little wagglier, and his precious head tilt will be forever my favorite things. There will never be another puppy quiet like him. He was adopted on Valentine's day of 2014 from HSEC. He passed away in Novemeber due to kidney failure.
