Your Pet's Quirks
Olivia, new to being indoors, decided that the coffee table was the perfect place to hang out and look out the window or survey the room -- and seemed to guess we wouldn't be too excited about that! She continues to find new spots in the house to roost until a human stays till long enough for her to cuddle with them. She is a sweet, affectionate, and a playful girl who will drag out every toy in the bin and surround herself with them for play or chewing.

Your Pet's Story or Bio
The day we spotted Olivia to rescue she was the only dog on display just laying there and ignoring all of the folks trying to engage her. She had been found lost and very emaciated and was nursed back to health before we met her, adopted once then returned for 'inactivity', and seemed to have never been indoors. When we got her home and to the Vet we learned that a combination of a respiratory infection and a hearing loss accounted for her incredible level of alertness and her inertia and silence. We thought a hound who didn't bark much could be advantageous! She watched and imitated Brees, but unlike Brees who will turn his head so you 'can't see him' if he doesn't want to follow a command, Olivia will give these sideways looks repeatedly -- and still ignore you.
