After being found as a stray and brought to the HSFN, Howie spent nearly six months in their care before he was adopted to a permanent home, I was advised he acts like a King and needed to be treated as such, but rest assured, he is. Howie loves spending his days watching the birds and having his parent's bed all to him self during the day to nap. Howie came to the shelter with a frozen elbow that along with a little limp he will always have, but that doesn't slow him down any.
