Your Pet's Adoption Story
THIS is the face they fell in love with! Seriously…

That day when I saw this young, loving couple, and my fun uncle with his dog (soon to become my Big Brother) walking toward me, I heard them saying that THIS is the face that got them to come down, and play with me.

Well, to be completely honest, that face wasn’t really mine. My sister, who looks very much like me, was also here. She got featured on the website, but I didn’t. (Now I know what mom means when she says, “These days everybody needs an online presence!”)

They saw her photo, and came in to see her, only to find out she was already adopted. But when they got to talking to my loving caregiver here, she told them about me. I could “smell” from my cage, how thrilled they were!

It was a love at first sight! I started jumping all over the cage just to get their attention. Little did I know that all I had to do was show them my puppy face.

They took me for a walk, talked to me, and most importantly, allowed me to play with Lindy Ruff, my now cousin, and my hero! I followed them everywhere in that short time. I was so sad when I couldn’t go home with them that afternoon.

Apparently, they weren’t 100% prepared. But can you blame them? I mean, my “love attack” can be a lot to take at times. I just LOVE people, children, dogs, birds, toys… anything.

At first, I wasn’t sure if I scared them away with this much love. I was a bit nervous. But the next morning when I heard that some very eager people are waiting at the door, even before the office opened, I knew in my heart that it was my gang, and this time I am going home with them!

Ever since that day, all I have to do is to show them THIS face. It helps me get in their lap, on the couch, and in the bed. Every time I want to play, I just sit right next to them and put THIS face in their lap. Every time, I do tricks (yes, I know my tricks, like 15 of them), I get a kiss on THIS face.

I am telling you, life simply cannot get any easier and better for me!

Well, except when you will vote for me to become your calendar hero. ;) I am playful, and I play to win!
