Your Pet's Story
Our twin daughters collected donations for HSFN for their 12th birthday party. On the day we delivered the money, there was a gerbil named Patrick at the front desk. The room he was in was being painted and he was the last gerbil of a group of 10 waiting for adoption. Mind you, we had no intention of even inquiring about gerbils, so lucky for Patrick that he was out front and irresistible. The girls had lost a gerbil just a couple months prior and were eager to get another one. Actually two, so we hope to adopt a second gerbil soon!
