Charlie was found in an abandoned factory in Gary and founder brought to HSH. I could not help but foster fail this handsome boy. He has brought so much confidence to my 2 1/2 year old pup Ellie(another foster fail from HSH). He helps her learn commands and she teaches him how to be a foster parent to all the puppies and kittens I foster.
