Pet's Story or Bio
This is Rufus! We adopted him from the shelter, even though he was heartworm positive. He was standing at the gate to his cage, like he was waiting just for us. I went to the shelter to find a cat to replace my tuxedo cat named Bandit. Instead, I got this scruffy puppy. I found out later that Rufus had a computer chip from his past owner. His name used to be Bandit! WOW! Anyway, he's like a cat-dog: agile, nine lives, and totally chill. Please vote for Rufus and raise money for a good cause!
