Thelma has mild CF (Cerebellar. Hypoplasia), so she's often a little clumsy. We fell in love with her while fostering her and she's been a valued part of our family since. She loves to sit next to her mom all day while mom works and still makes plenty of time to play and be absolutely adorable!
