Toby was adopted from HSPC in 2012. He actually was a medical foster but became a “foster failure!” He had a cataract, bad hip, skin problems, and a heart murmur. He is now about 14 years old and very active. He likes to sit in the chair with me. He is on medication for congestive heart failure and is almost totally blind, but still tells me when it’s time for treats!
