Spencer had a lonely first few years of his life, my understanding is he was brought in as a surrender. The first thing HSPC does is an examination. When his labs came back he was positive for F. I. V. He also had a very serious upper respiratory infection. It was later found out on top of his diagnosis he is extremely sensitive to food. He has to have a specific brand that can only be purchased with a prescription from a DVM. I just lost the absolute love of life, Toast who was 18. I became curious because honestly I needed to be in a room full of fur balls. When I saw Spencer's face, it was love at 1st sight, he had been there for almost 3 yrs. I knew I'd give him the best love that there is, and he's done the same.
