My name is Julie and I’m the Development Director at HSPC. I decided to enter shelter resident Judy Willow in this year’s contest because she is an absolute love bug and I hope someone will see her and want to adopt her!

Judy Willow came to us as a very pregnant stray. She had 8 puppies who she cared for as a great mama. They’ve all been adopted.

Now it’s time for Judy Willow’s happily ever after.
