Toby is the most amazing pup! He is a Parti Yorkie that was adopted at 8 weeks old. After a couple weeks in his new home, it became apparent that he was completely deaf. But that hasn’t stopped him from living his best life! Toby was quick to pick up sign language and loves spending his days playing fetch, exploring new places with his people and giving the best snuggles.
