How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Diablo was abandoned at a hotel with valley fever and a broken left front leg. He is my first foster failure with Paws Without Borders Tucson. He’s a loving dog who has shown resilience since I first picked him up from PACC in August 2024. Diablo could not walk but a few steps back then and he had to be pulled in a wagon. His broken leg would not heal and amputation was the best decision. He now is gaining strength and plays with his favorite squeak toys daily. Diablo adopted me as I found out when he would run away from others. He has opened his heart up to my daughter and to Kate at A Loyal Companion and will greet children and others who squat down to his level and speak softly. Diablo is a handsome boy! He is gentle and loving. He has provided me with so much joy simply by being such an amazing resilient and happy pup.
