How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Toffee came into our lives right before I started my breast cancer radiation. Knowing I would be home for several weeks, it was the perfect opportunity to raise a puppy and keep me moving through treatment. Radiation can cause severe fatigue and knowing Toffee needed to be walked and kept busy with puppy play, kept me active as well. It really helped me mentally and physically to have her push me to get up and get going everyday (and at 1am for potty breaks!)

How did your dog become a part of your family?
We adopted Toffee from the Animal League of Green Valley where ai volunteer on Saturday mornings.
