How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Taytay may only be a tiny dog, but she walks through life convinced she’s a full-grown pit bull. Fearless and stubborn, she has never once looked at a larger dog and thought twice about wrestling them like she owns the place. She carries herself with this hilarious confidence that somehow makes everyone around her believe it too.
But underneath all that toughness is one of the most loyal souls I’ve ever known. Taytay follows me through every chapter of life, even to work, where she proudly supervises the staff like she’s the actual boss of the operation. She watches everything, and keeps tabs on everyone.
And of course, she’s mastered the art of playing hard to get. The same dog that acts too cool to cuddle is suddenly glued to my side when she thinks I’ve had a hard day. She has this quiet way of showing up exactly when I need her most.
Taytay didn’t just become my dog , she became part of my routine, my comfort, my laughter, and honestly, a piece of my heart. She reminds me every day that courage doesn’t come from size, and loyalty doesn’t need words.
