Your Cat's Story or Bio
Before our local animal shelter in upstate NY would euthanize cats with feline leukemia, we would take them in our home so they could live their remaining lives in peace. One day, the shelter called us and said a cat was left abandoned for days in an apartment and had feline leukemia. The shelter told us, if no one claim him that day, he would be euthanized. We picked him up and brought him right to our vet. The vet needed a name right then, so while holding him I felt a kink in his tail...thinking he wouldn't live long due to his leukemia...I named him Kinky.
