Your Cat's Story or Bio
Rasputin was rescued in Kansas. He was two years old and had probably had a pretty tough beginning. The first time I saw him he had a small pad lock on his cage and a rap sheet that unrolled like adding machine tape. His most recent infraction was stealing a steak off the plate of his foster parent. I was captivated by his beauty, regal stance and steady gaze. What a great cat! He became my best buddy, always at my side. He loved to hop sideways with his tail straight in the air and propel his 16+ pounds of muscle four feet straight up to catch a ball. He ruled over his Catdom with pride. He would wake me up in the morning by putting his nose on my cheek. Who could be so lucky. When he died December 2016 at 19 1/2 I lost my best friend.
