How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Madison was dumped in Tucson in 2020. Emaciated, injured and neglected, a kind woman saved her on July 4. She was given to SW Collie & Sheltie rescue for care. We agreed to foster her back to health, including a FHO right hip removal and extensive physical therapy in a swimming pool at Loyal Companion. Since she has had behavioral and games/tricks training at Complete Canine. We "Foster Failed" and adopted Madison in January, 2022 She is now the most loving, part of our family. She is part of every aspect of our lives. She is well known walking our neighborhood and visiting La Encantada for outings.
She is truly an All American Dog - testing showed she is parts Sheltie, Collie, Shih Tzu, Golden, and Dalmatian

How did your dog become a part of your family?
Through Madisons extensive recovery and rehab she became part of our family.
