How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Hazel helped fill our hearts back up after our long-loved dogs passed away last year. She has become a best friend to each of my kids and such a great companion. She is so smart, energetic, and lovely. Her eyes (and namesake) get a lot of attention from people on walks or at the park—she returns the praise with snuggles and wet kisses.

How did your dog become a part of your family?
We adopted Hazel from a foster with SAFE, by way of PACC. She was born to her mother who was found as a stray.
