How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Loki has been my rock, my best friend and love of my life for over 16 years. She is 100 percent deaf - but you would never know. She plays with her sisters - who all know she is queen of the house, She still acts like a puppy and has never met a stranger. She has been by my side through my fathers passing, very serious illness and the struggles we all face. But Loki always knows and senses my moods and is there next to me. I have never been so blessed to have a dog enter my life and become one with me. I wish everybody could be touched by such a special loyal loving dog as Loki. She still swims almost every day, loves to walk, sleep in the sun, chase her toys, announce when deliveries arrive, welcome you home with hugs and kisses. She is the light of my life. The dog owner rule - if you come to visit you might get dog hair on you, you might get too many kisses and she loves to stare her toys - but dogs are always first in my home.
