How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
This precious little dog was found wondering in the desert southwest of Tucson near Robles Junction. I saw her on the neighborhood site and instantly fell in love with her. We were in another state at the time and had to get a friend to claim her as no one else would. Our friend brought her to our New Mexico summer home, and she was more than I expected in a loving companion. We had just lost one of our beloved dogs and was not ready to seek another, but she was too important to us at that time not to take her in. She has become my everyday companion and workshop helper. I love her so very much and look forward to every day with her in my life. I hate to say it, but she is spoiled, and I should know better. I am 75 years old and hope to have her with me until my time is over. How is it possible to love an animal so very much?? How is it possible to abandon such a loving animal??
