How has your dog impacted your life or the lives of others?
Nadia was diagnosed with Addisons disease at age 2. She came close to death but thank goodness our vet recognized the symptoms soon enough to treat her back to health. This disease was supposed to shorten her lifespan. But she maintained her weight & remained active til her last days. She died just short of her 15th bday. Unheard of in large breeds & especially one with Addisons.

How did your dog become a part of your family?
She was rescued from a puppy mill at 7 months. Kept in crate until rescued. We found her thru Valley of the Sun Poodle rescue.
