Rules

Open to all Tucson area residents over the age of 18.
Photo must be high-resolution and you must have all copyrights.
Photos must be of only one pet, no additional pets or humans please. If additional pets or humans are in the photo it will be removed from the contest and you will be contacted for a replacement photo.
Photos must be unaltered beyond the basic cropping.
You may enter as many of your owned pets as you like.
Contest begins Wednesday, June 1^st at 7:00am and ends Thursday, June 30^th at 7:00pm.
If your pet is one of the top 13 winners, you must be available for a photo shoot to be scheduled with the Humane Society of Southern Arizona between July 18^th and July 22^nd. If your pet is not available for the photo shoot, the Humane Society of Southern Arizona will select an alternate winner.
The calendar cover will be awarded to the pet that receives the most votes during the given timeframe. The cover winner will receive 5 copies of the Perfect Pets 2023 calendar.
Each calendar month will be awarded to the pets that raise the next 12 highest number of votes (pets 2-13) during the given timeframe. Specific months cannot be guaranteed. Winners will be contacted in order of the amount they raised and will be given a choice of month at that time. The monthly winners will receive 3 copies of the Perfect Pets 2023 calendar.
The next forty-eight (pets 14-61) with the most votes will be given one day in the calendar. Days will be assigned at random and the photo you submit will be used.
By participating in this contest, all participants release the Humane Society of Southern Arizona and any additional sponsors from any and all liabilities associated with the contest.
By participating in this contest, all participants grant the Humane Society of Southern Arizona and other sponsors the right to publicize (through print, broadcast, internet, etc) and/or broadcast a contestant’s name, character, likeness, and the fact that they have participated in or won the “Perfect Pets” Contest, without compensation.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove a participant at any time.
