Your Pet's Bio/Story
Betty was adopted from Humane Colorado on 11/19/24. According to the staff, she was abandoned by someone in a parking lot in Aurora with her litter mate. A kind person brought the pups to the shelter. When we adopted her, she took some time to warm up to her new home and pet parents. After some time, she’s at home. Every Sunday she goes to work with her dog dad to South Valley Nursing Home to bring joy to the residents. She is the prettiest when she is running at a dog park. No dogs can catch her, she’s so fast! She is 28 different breeds, and when someone asks her breed, we call her a “Dober-Cocker-Husky-Doodle”. The week we adopted her, the late Betty White was honored with a US postage stamp for her compassionate work with animal groups, and she has white fur. The name fits her perfectly!
