Your Pet's Bio/Story
Dandelion was an abandoned snake brought to Humane Colorado in 2023. He came dehydrated, shedding in pieces, and was overall fearful. He struck at the finder multiple times and has quickly made people nervous. I have experience with snakes, even spicy ones, and I decided to foster him. I provided the environment he needed and he started to show less fear. I wanted to give him everything so I adopted him. He now roams a 4ftx2ftx2ft enclosure with enrichment and the occasional handling from me if he chooses it. He hasn’t once struck at me and is no longer dehydrated, he sheds in one piece, and lives without fear.
