Your Pet's Story or Bio
Cooper was named after the Cooper River Bridge in Charleston, SC. He was born in 2005 and sadly had to be put to sleep in 2015 due to renal failure. I discovered the day I got him home that he loved lounging in the bathroom floor and would beg for the sink to be turned on so that he could drink out of it instead of his bowl. He would happily go into the shower with a human if it meant he could drink the water in the back. I could tell that he wasn't happy in my tiny city apartment, so my parents offered to meet me halfway in Augusta to transfer care to them. He became a different cat when he arrived because in Chattanooga he could go OUTSIDE! He loved the smells and sounds of the outdoors and it could definitely be said that that was his passion.
