Bilbo was rescued from a hoarding situation by the Humane Educational Society. When I went to the shelter looking for a new baby, all of my choices were already adopted or I was advised against. Finally, I asked for a suggestion from a volunteer and she put sweet and petite "Billy" in my arms. I knew right away that this cat was mine! I would be able to pick up my new family member after "his" neuter the following week. I picked out the name Bilbo. When I went to pick "him" up, it turned out that the neuter had been changed to a spay because Billy was a girl! I kept the name Bilbo because it still suited her. She adapted quite quickly to our busy house and soon became boss over our dogs. But when I moved out on my own with her, she became lonely. We adopted her new baby brother from HES two weeks ago and they couldn't love each other more!
