Sugar wandered into the yard, all skinny and torn up here and there on her skin. She was g iven shelterby my husband’s son, taken to the vet, and then we got a call saying to “just come and say hi to this new dog .” Of course, we took her from the beginning and fell in love quickly. She is a gentle giant although she does not like the folks who deliver packages. That is until they give her treats. She’s nine years old now and we’ve had her for eight years. She likes to rest a lot, but she can run in circles like a crazy puppy if you throw the bone for her.
