When you bring home your new puppy or kitten, do you ever wonder what happens to Mom? This is Journey and she's one of those Moms. She watched litter after litter go on to live out their lives in their new loving homes. Finally, in March of 2020, it was her turn.
Journey is now living her golden years in a loving home with her family who adores her. We often refer to her as Kelly's shadow; she follows me everywhere I go and even sleeps on my side of the bed. She loves to run and play in the garden, go for walks through the neighborhood, and come along for car rides, especially if it involves the occasional pup cup. Not to mention, she loves coming along on our shopping trips when we visit our favorite dog friendly businesses such as Nooga Paws and The Barn Nursery. There, she charms everyone she meets and gets lots of treats.
The next time you bring home a new puppy or kitten, we hope you'll think about Journey. There might be a mom or dad who would love to be adopted too!
