I went and picked out Rosco at the shelter at 3:45 and they closed at 4. I got him for my disabled veteran husband and Rosco loved it when I took him up to the VA. The staff at the VA fell in love with Rosco. He brings the paper up to my husband every time it's delivered! He is a awesome companion ❤.
