Hi! I’m Rowdy! My story began right here in the summer of 2019 when I was brought in with my mom, Hoodlum and my sister, Shyster. Shyster and I were born on July 11th, 2019. My mom realized quickly that the streets were no place to raise two pups and at just 5 weeks old, we moved into the Humane Society and once we were ready, they started searching for our Furever Home! I was super cute (y’all should see the pics!!) and I was adopted by my human mom very quickly. She moved me to Charleston, SC with my dad, Ben, my fur bro, Charlie, a moody pre-teen kid and two very energetic girls. These people love me like crazy and I think I’m pretty lucky I ended up with them! Turns out, I’m super lazy, don’t like the heat and I’m actually an 87 year old man. I’m grumpy, have questionable bowels, a little chunky and I prefer to always sit on my designated perch on the couch or under my mom’s feet. I love being snuggled by my dad when no one is watching and I also like to sleep on my mom’s pillow (or her head) but I’m a little too fat to jump up on the bed by myself. But don’t actually pick me up, because I don’t like that either. I’m also on a diet. So there’s that.
