The Humane Society of Morgan County, in partnership with Courtney Bryson of CM Bryson, is happy to announce its pet calendar contest for 2023.

Founded in 1994, the Humane Society began as a group of dedicated individuals committed to saving animal lives in Morgan County, Georgia. Since moving into their adoption center in 2014, the HSMC adopts more than 400 dogs and cats into loving homes every year. With a dedicated staff, caring volunteers, and the support of people like you, they hope to continue to improve the lives of animals.

100% of the proceeds from the Pet Calendar Contest submissions and voting will go directly to the Humane Society of Morgan County to further their life saving work. The Humane Society of Morgan County’s mission is to save more animals' lives by promoting adoptions of healthy, friendly companion animals obtained from overcrowded animal control facilities and owner surrenders. They also seek to measurably reduce the pet overpopulation numbers through the promotion of spay/neuter programs and community education.

Courtney Bryson of CM Bryson has been photographing pets for more than 10 years. Her work has been featured in local & national publications and won medals on an international level. Listed as a top 10 Atlanta dog photographer, she creates photographic artwork for dog parents who recognize & celebrate the incredible relationships they share with their canine kids.

Most days you’ll find her on her small farm in Rutledge, GA taking care of rescued pigs, donkeys, dogs, a cat, & a horse & caring for the special needs foster dogs she takes in as part of the non profit Boston Terrier Rescue she founded with her wife in 2014. When she’s not at home editing photos and caring for animals, her favorite place to be is rolling in the grass somewhere photographing dogs!
