Pet's Story or Bio
Contessa Florence was rescued in December 2008 after her feral mother gave birth in an alley in West Philadelphia. She joined our family after our younger daughter successfully nursed her and her brother to the stage where they could be adopted. She loves dogs but only tolerates (peacefully) other cats. She pummels, sleeps, scarfs up treats, and rules the roost.
