Chalupa was the first WTOP pet of the week in January, 2014. 9 1/2 years later she has retired to Myrtle Beach but looks forward to her 17th birthday in November. She is still a playful, determined, little dog who enjoys treats, naps, and her sidekick Ralph. A 70 pound lab mix.
