Cairo, the Pit Mix was a resident of HRA on New York Ave in 2015. He was formerly Tyson and stayed at the shelter for approximately 4 months until his adoption in April 2015. Cairo was in the shelter twice before reaching his furever home. Cairo will be 10 this September and is a big fan of the Bark Ball and attended most years since his adoption. His younger brother, Hayden, the Frenchie came along in 2020 to keep Cairo company. They enjoy playing together and traveling with their parents. In the picture, the goofballs are celebrating Cairo’s 9th birthday!
