Pet's Story or Bio
Charly (Charlotte) is a Rottx rescued from North Carolina as a pregnant stray at 18 months old. She was brought to Virginia. All her puppies were adopted. I was looking for a Yorkie mix for my mother. I got Charly instead (after my rescue Lily passed). She has been with me in DC for seven years. Here she showed her opinion of her outfit for my mother’s assisted living luau. She saw me through Covid and my mom’s passing with that sense of humor.
