Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Kettle a year ago from the Humane Rescue Alliance, and he’s been stealing hearts ever since! His previous owners sadly “let go” of him—they didn’t want him anymore. But their loss was our greatest gift.

Kettle is a sweet and sensitive two-year-old pup with a big personality. He’s a little shy at first, especially with new humans and dogs, but once he warms up, he’s an affectionate goofball! When we first brought him home, he was too nervous to go on the couch, climb the stairs, or even jump on the bed. Now, he zooms around the house like he owns the place!

Kettle has a mischievous side and loves nothing more than romping through the woods like a wild explorer. He also tries to sneak into chairs to steal leftover chicken nuggets from the table when he thinks we’re not looking. His favorite treats are steak, hot dogs, ice cream, bones, and chicken tenders.

Kettle is a natural road trip buddy, calm and content in the car. Over the past year, he’s joined us on adventures to the beaches of Florida and New Jersey, and even skiing in Pennsylvania. Kettle knows how to sit, lie down, and shake paw, and he’s working on mastering spin and roll over.

One of his favorite things to do is sprinting laps across the backyard like a tiny rocket. He's also the fluffiest, most lovable furball. He loves to give his family kisses all over the face!
